How to Report Lease Violations?

To report a lease violation, please submit a copy of the lease violation notice provided to the tenant. The violation notice may be submitted to [e-mail]. It is the landlord's responsibility to enforce the lease, while DCA will enforce program requirements. If program compliance cannot be met, DCA may terminate participation while the landlord may file for eviction (according to the lease).
